Someone bring us a coffee and all the things we need to implement the great ideas we heard at last week! ☕️📄📇📁

We cannot get over how great last week was with all of the amazing attendees, speakers, exhibitors, volunteers, and staff that went into making the State Conference happen. It wasn’t always perfect (anyone else feel like a kid again without WiFi?! 🙋🏼‍♀️) but it was a perfectly amazing time.

Check your emails for your and credit codes (let me know if you can’t find them) and get ready to put the things you learned to good use. You’re the key piece 🧩 of the business puzzle and we can’t wait to see everyone again in 2028!

Meet Thomas J. Carnahan, PhD

Thomas J. Carnahan, PhD is a Sr. Manager at Berkshire Associates, an HR consulting firm. He has a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Previously, Dr. Carnahan has worked internally for the government, as a University Professor, and for Fortune 100 companies working on compensation, selection, performance management, and other employee life-cycle projects. Dr. Carnahan has vast experience in designing statistical models, building and understanding complex databases, analyzing data and interpreting results, developing HR programs (hiring, promotion, performance management, talent management, succession planning), and compensation design.
