Happy Saturday! We wish you a well weekend! This weekend we invite you to do something for your wellness.

The video below features a Canadian grandmother teaching her granddaughter about smudging with sage. Check it out or go check in with someone you know who can teach you about smudging. Or, if you already know and practice smudging, find someone who may be eager to learn.
