Girls STEAM Institute will launch its new STEAM Entrepreneurial Certification Program for girls and young women from 10-30 next year in Fall of 2027. These programs are designed as pathways to STEAM entrepreneurship with skills in leadership, XR Tech, Business Operations and Supply Chain design with the end goal to be Tier I or Tier II suppliers in the global supply chains through the mentorship of successful business entrepreneurs from small businesses, LGBTQ, service and disabled, military and women and minority businesses. These mentorships will be designed to add current value to established global suppliers who may lack XR technology expertise and see these relationships as adding to their business stability and futures.

Girls STEAM Institute is in the process of developing a new certification program designed for young women to become STEAM entrepreneurs, steeped in immersive technology and trained in supply chain design as future suppliers in the global supply chains. Thank you to all who gave to Girls STEAM Institute for Giving Tuesday. We so appreciate every donation, but it isn't enough. Girls STEAM Institute needs your help.

This year has hit us hard. Due to major funding losses, we’ve had to cut back on life-changing programs that empower youth, young women, and underrepresented communities to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math. Our DEI and leadership programs—designed to spark confidence, innovation, and lifelong curiosity—are at risk of disappearing when they’re needed most.

Congrats to the winners of the 2025 Girls STEAM Institute Global Business Challenge in October. Over 2 dozen young women competed in teams to develop an online and immersive experience to solve the United Nations Sustainable Goals for mental health.

The winning teams were the Steminists representing the United States with their app "Anchor" developed to "master your mind with power over panic" and Code Dune from Namibia with their app called "Here4U" developed as an anonymous mental health app to create a community support network.

Thanks to add who participated, especially the volunteers, mentors, parents, and our event producer and coordinator, Educators in VR.
