In this clip, a homeowner raises concerns about the City’s permitting, approvals, and oversight related to our community and the canal. The concern is simple: if the City reviewed permits and issued approvals/clearance for occupancy, why was the canal slope issue not addressed before homeowners were allowed to purchase and move in?

We are sharing this so homeowners can stay informed and hear the concerns directly from the public meeting.
