Celebrating the incredible students who make our arts community stronger.

The Arts Council of Greater Weston was honored to recognize six outstanding Cypress Bay High School seniors at Weston City Hall with the 2026 Student Volunteer Service Awards for their years of dedication, leadership, and volunteer service to community arts and culture events.

These students have been familiar faces at so many of our events — helping lead volunteer teams, welcoming guests, and supporting programs like Weston World Fest and the Weston Foreign Film Series.

Congratulations to:

🎓 Camila López — University of Florida, Elementary Education
🎓 Valentina Valecillos — University of Florida, Animal Science
🎓 Emilia Ochoa — Santa Fe College, Occupational Therapy
