Happening in the REALTORS Hall on August 26th!
If you're a resident of City of Sunrise Beach, Missouri, you won't want to miss this!

SECOND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FORUM, AUGUST 26.
Thank you to all who have participated in the Sunrise Beach Comprehensive Plan project. We have scheduled the second forum for August 26 at Lake Ozark Board of Realtors, 123 Oddo Drive. The results of the initial public forum and community survey will be presented at the meeting, and we would like to get further feedback on some of the main priorities and also some “question marks” that have emerged through the process. Feedback from this meeting will be used to develop the final draft Comprehensive Plan, which is expected to be presented to the Sunrise Beach Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees this fall.

We are updating our Comprehensive Plan and are seeking input from the community on a variety of topics. Please attend the first Open House on Monday, June 16 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Ozark Board of Realtors building, 123 Oddo Drive. Sunrise Beach MO. Can't attend the forum?
