Thanks for joining us today for the last PTA meeting of the 25-26 school year. We loved seeing you and reflecting together on the many moments we have shared together this year, as well as looking ahead to more friendships, learning, and fun next school year!

Danza folclórica has a special place in the San Miguel community, and we loved cheering students on during Wednesday's Open House performance. Congratulations to all the dancers; we are so proud of you!

Also, a big thank you to the danza leads (Gloria and Dyadyra), tarima team, our photographers (Sonya of Sage Legacy Photography, Liliana, and Katie H), and all other volunteers. This behind-the-scenes labor allows for students to have opportunities like these -- and for all of us to enjoy and celebrate the beauty of danza folclórica.

Open House is this Wednesday evening! In addition to visiting your student's classroom, we invite you to:

👏🏼Come cheer for Danza Folclorica students at 5 p.m. under the shade structure.

🚚Grab dinner at a food truck, where a percentage of your purchase will fund PTA programs, like scholarships for after school activities.

👋Stop by the PTA table to say hi, sign up to volunteer at the end of year picnics, or give a suggestion for next year.

👕Check out the uniform exchange near the front office for warmer weather options -- or to donate outgrown items.

📖Get set up for summer reading at the Little Free Libraries, just restocked and tidied today! You can find them outside the Library and Bookfair and near the TK entrance on Alvarado.

We look forward to a wonderful evening of connecting with our school community.

We've gotten a head start on Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week (May 4-8), decorating the staff lounge and setting up a snack bar for our Superhero Shark Team!

Want to join in and make sure that the amazing teachers and staff at San Miguel feel super appreciated next week? Here's some ideas:
