The goal of Knowsy® is to build empathy and understanding among the players, helping them talk about a topic and learn about what others think about it without the typical difficulties that groups have in making sure everyone is both heard and has time to share their ideas. We want to create a National "Day of Play" where communities across the nation play Knowsy® to build connections with people they may have otherwise never taken the time to get to know.
The cities of Santa Fe, NM and Half Moon Bay, CA have agreed to integrate the Knowsy board game into their National Night Out, an annual community-building campaign where millions of neighbors in the US host neighborhood events on August 7th, 2018. We'd like to head there to facilitate a city-wide "Day of Play" within all of these communities in order to bring people together.
We've started a GoFundMe page in an attempt to raise enough money to manufacture and ship all of the Knowsy games we need to oversee the Days of Play! Please consider donating to this cause!
