Brian has been working to help people in need since he was young. His family participation in outreaches for the community thru his local church, instilled in him the value of helping others. Over the years he has participated in many outreaches and volunteer opportunities. WOW International is a non-profit that throws free block parties for Inner city communities. At a WOW Jam people can get hair
cuts, meals, groceries, family photos, make overs, and participate in many other free activities. In 2007, Brian joined the WOW Jam crew and has traveled with them all over the nation ever since. In 2011, the opportunity came for Brian to head to Japan for 9 months and help with the clean up and re-building efforts after the March 11th earthquake and tsunami devastated communities. Since Brian started participating in disaster relief in 2011, he has been to 3 disaster sites:
Aug 2011- May 2012 Sendai, Japan
June 2013 Moore, Oklahoma
Nov 2013 Washington, Illinois
The Spencers are preparing now to head to Nebraska for tornado relief. On Apirl 12, 2014 Brian married Nicole Petrell. Before they got married Brian and Nicole began working towards plans for starting a non-profit that would allow for them to do more for their community and nation. In May of 2014 the paper work began for Endosan Charitable Enterprises. Endosan Charitable Enterprises has departments for; Humanitary Aid and Disaster Relief.
