Sunnyvale Community Players Established in 1969, SCP is a 501c(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality theater for the Sunnyvale community. Be smart. Be human.

A: "I love how it completely embraces absurdity and childlike curiosity. Wonderland ignores real-world logic and it shows that being “entirely bonkers” is often where imagination, humor, and heart thrive the most!"

A: "Audiences should come see the show to escape the ordinary! It’s a joyful, colorful spectacle packed with energy, laughter, and heart that will delight both lifelong fans and newcomers of any age."

Q: What's the best birthday celebration you had and why?
A: "A birthday scavenger hunt! I walked around town seeing what free perks and discounts I could find. It was the best celebration because it’s the only day of the year you can get so many sweet gifts from complete strangers including half-off ice cream with free toppings! Yum!"

Q: What do you love about 'Alice in Wonderland'?
A: "I love how 'Alice in Wonderland' makes me feel curious and open to possibilities. It is weird and unpredictable, but makes you want to keep exploring even if you may not know where it will lead you. I love the idea of questioning the rules and seeing things from a different perspective."

Q: Why do you think audiences should come see this show?
A: "It’s going to be bizarre, funny, full of imagination, and the cast is so talented! Most of all, it’s a chance to forget the rules for a little while and just play!"

Q: What's the best birthday celebration you had and why?
A: "I don’t think I have one favorite birthday. An amazing birthday is one where I get to hike and camp in the woods, or travel somewhere new and try a cuisine for the first time, or simply be gifted a good book."

A: "The whimsy. The story has whimsy, the characters have whimsy, and this production (and its actors) have whimsy."

A: "The whimsy. The story- wait, I already said that. You should see this show because it's always good to support your local community theaters, and this show is gonna be funny and full of whimsy. Did I mention the whimsy?"

Q: What's the best birthday celebration you had and why?
A: "I created a Jeopardy style quiz game for my friends entitled 'Jacob-perdy'. It was filled with trivia about me, things I like, and mostly random stuff and jokes designed to mess with the players. 10/10 would mess with my friends again."

Q: What do you love about 'Alice in Wonderland'?
A: "It's an unapologetically wacky play! The characters are wildly entertaining, and I find Alice's confusion at the world around her very relatable."

Q: Why do you think audiences should come see this show?
A: "Many people know the story already, but because the cast of characters is so vast, there are many nuances and details you can discover with each performance. From slapstick comedy to life reflections, there's truly something for everyone in this show!"

Q: What's the best birthday celebration you had and why?
A: "My parents threw me a surprise birthday party at Golfland when I was a kid!
