Did you know WoC are 20% less likely to agree they have resources needed to advance their career; 19% less likely to feel their skills are valued in the workplace? The number of WoC leaving (or being forced out) of workspaces today, and the trauma and burnout they face, is a concern.
It’s time to foster a safe, brave, and new space for them.
Come join us at our next SWE Santa Clara event, a panel discussion on reimagining the workspace “When Women Get Together”, with two amazing speakers:

She was awarded the Inspirational Immigrant Award from Upwardly Global and recognized as one of the "Top 25 Bay Area Women Redefining Success."
