Did you know WoC are 20% less likely to agree they have resources needed to advance their career; 19% less likely to feel their skills are valued in the workplace? The number of WoC leaving (or being forced out) of workspaces today, and the trauma and burnout they face, is a concern.

It’s time to foster a safe, brave, and new space for them.

Come join us at our next SWE Santa Clara event, a panel discussion on reimagining the workspace “When Women Get Together”, with two amazing speakers:

Lisen Stromberg (She/Her) :: CEO of PrismWork, a best-selling author, award-winning independent journalist, and TEDx speaker
Noni Allwood :: An advocate for inclusion and belonging, a co-author of “Cracking the Code'' – Executive Presence and Multi-Cultural and “Latinos at Work – Unleashing the Power of Culture.” Noni was recently named as one of the “Most Powerful Women of the Bay'', by the County of Alameda and State of California. She was awarded the Inspirational Immigrant Award from Upwardly Global and recognized as one of the "Top 25 Bay Area Women Redefining Success."

When: Thursday, February 17 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM PST
Where: https://lnkd.in/gffeNWEQ

Lisen & Noni will be sharing insights from the PowHER Redefined research they conducted in partnership with nFormation and the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative.
