Hello Friends & Neighbors

Mark your calendars for our upcoming annual Dumpster Daze event on May 20, 2023! This year, the city of Sunnyvale has generously provided us with 4 garbage bins and 2 separate yard waste/clippings bins to facilitate our community cleanup.

Here are the designated locations for the bins:

1375 Norman Drive: Dumpster
1376 Norman Drive: Dumpster
1410 Navarro Drive/Elizabeth: Dumpster & Lawn clippings bin
1491 Navarro Drive/Marion: Dumpster & Lawn clippings bin

We are grateful to our neighbors who have volunteered their time and property to monitor these bins. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request your cooperation in placing your discards directly into the designated bins and avoiding overfilling the dumpsters.

Let's aim for a new garbage disposal record this year! We look forward to seeing all of our neighbors as we come together to clean up our beloved Ray-Nor Park neighborhood.

Hello Ray-Nor Park Friends & Neighbors

On May 20 we will hold our annual Dumpster Daze event and need your help! In order to have the total amount of dumpsters and lawn clippings bins, we require monitors to help ensure that the rules are followed.

While it doesn't take a high amount of effort, it will require that you are available, if needed during the day. The dumpster will be placed and picked up in front of your home. The best part is that you will have a short walking distance from you and the dumpster bin.

If you are able and interested, please reach out directly to Henry Alexander by email at [email protected] and he will coordinate with you about the next steps and instructions.

We are in need of 5 additional locations to be able to have a full set of bins. Please help us clean up our neighborhood and help make our annual Dumpster Daze event a success!

Warren from the RPNA recently had surgery and the RPNA board got together to send him well wishes with a card. Pictured here is another long-time RPNA Board member Demetrios delivering it to him.

We encourage each of you to take the time to reach out and check on the general well-being of your neighbors. Warren's smile pretty much says it all.

Hello Friends & Neighbors

Since the pandemic, the R.P.N.A. has decided to postpone its many time-honored events such as our Annual Easter Egg Hunt. One of Ray-Nor Park's neighbors is graciously hosting an Easter Egg Hunt for the neighborhood on April 8 at our very own Raynor Park from 11 am - 1 pm. Please register at the link below.

Raynor Park dinosaur lays eggs?

Out on a stroll today at our wonderful park we noticed that the dinosaur has eggs. We encourage you to come outside during the weather breaks for some fresh air and physical activity. Who knows, you may even see a neighbor and get to say hello.
