Our Prevention Clubs from Sunnyside High School, Harrision Middle School and Sierra Vista Middle School were invited to Olympia. 👏🏻👏🏻

District 14 State Representatives Deb Manjarrez and Gloria Mendoza talk to our students of the importance of student representation and student voice.

Our students received a tour by Legislative Assistants Charles Swartz and Lupita Michel.

We’re proud to share that the Sunnyside City Council has officially approved a proclamation recognizing Red Ribbon Week a national campaign dedicated to promoting a drug-free lifestyle for our youth! ❤️ Thank you, Holly with Sunnyside United Unidos, for being a voice for positive change in our community!

Red Ribbon Week is more than just a symbol it’s a reminder that together, we can support and encourage our youth to make healthy, drug-free choices.

-Talk to your kids and teens about the importance of staying drug-free
-Wear a red ribbon to show your support
-Participate in local Red Ribbon Week activities organized by Sunnyside United-Unidos
-Spread the message of hope, support, and unit
