Dogs and cats exposed to secondhand smoke may face a higher risk of certain cancers compared to pets living in smoke-free homes. Even v**e aerosol can irritate their airway. Quitting can benefit you and your pet! A pack-a-day smoker can save about $4k/year - that's a lot of catnip and dog treats!!
Check out Ex Program to help you quit to***co! https://www.exprogram.com/

Katie had the opportunity to talk twice with German and really appreciated his in-depth questions. There was so much talked about and surely impossible to cover it all, but we appreciate his interest in sharing this challenging issue we face here in Wyoming.

"I've noticed you're not yourself lately. I'm here. I'll listen. How can I help?"

Sometimes, simply knowing someone notices the weight you're carrying makes all the difference.

In a state as vast and geographically isolated as Wyoming, connection is our best asset. In a recent feature with Fremont County Prevention, former Prevention Specialist Bill Hawley shared a simple, powerful tool every one of us can build today: A "Circle of 3."

Think of three go-to people in your life. Three friends or family members who will always have your back, answer your call, and sit down over a cup of coffee to listen without judgment. Write their names down. Send them a text today.

And remember, you might just be in someone else's Circle of 3, too.

If life is throwing more at you than you can sort through right now, remember that 988 is available 24/7. It’s free, confidential, and answers right here in Wyoming. Reaching out early is a sign of strategy, not weakness.
