Northumberland County Youth Leadership Overcome - Impact - Inspire The group is a judgement free zone and welcomes ALL youth! Some of the youth involved have had significant struggles in their lives.

ALL Northumberland County youth, between the ages of 13-24, wishing to create positive change in their lives and their communities are welcome! Through the peer and adult advisor support of this group, youth are finding/have found ways to overcome those struggles. The youth then work to help inspire other teens, showing them there IS hope, and they CAN have a positive impact on their community thr
