Sunbury Refuge The Refuge Youth Center, is located in Sunbury PA. We provide homework help, meals, mentorship, Fun space, and more for students in attendance!

We are a faith-based Center focused on serving youth in 6th-12th Grades in Shikellamy and surrounding Schools! HOURS of OPERATION:

Mondays 3:30-8:00pm (staff permitting)
Homework Help from 3:30-5, followed by Free Meal and Free Youth Center Time

Wednesdays 3:30 - 5:00pm
Homework Help from 3:30-4:15 followed by Free Meal
--Those attending Youth Group stay and will be taken home between 8:30-8:45pm via Refuge Van

PLEASE NOTE - during School Year (not including vacation times), Attendance for Homework Help means students must bring or have SchoolWork to complete... Those without schoolwork will be sent home until Meal Time. Check out our Past Years in Ministry at this Link:

Today, our hearts are heavy as we’re met with the heartbreaking news of Toby O’Connor’s passing. Toby was 24 years old and a former Refuge Student who fought a courageous battle with Cancer.

Toby will always hold a special place in the hearts of those who knew him. He will always be remembered as part of our Refuge family and we are grateful that The Refuge was part of his story.

Join us in keeping Toby’s family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.🙏🏻❤️

We are so excited to welcome our new staff members to The Refuge family! 💚 We are truly blessed to have each of them joining us as we continue to make a difference in the lives of our youth.
A special moment for us is welcoming Emilio Matos, a recent Refuge youth, who is now stepping into a new role as a staff member! It’s a blessing to see our youth grow and come back to pour into others.
We are excited to see how God uses each of our new staff to impact the next generation. Welcome to the family! 💚
