Rett Friends Rett Friends aims to provide for our community in many different ways from small too large. Our community of donors collectively can change many families lives!

Rett Friends is a non profit organization where we dedicate our time, effort, and profits to the individuals and their families who have been affected by Rett Syndrome. We want to make life at home easier for our little butterflies and their caregivers. If you build it they will come and we are going to build a strong everlasting community. We want to provide wheel chairs and ramps, chair lifts fo

r the house and vehicles. We want to send families on day trips, weekend trips and even trips to most magical place on earth. Date nights for the caregivers and date nights for the babysitters. As we grow and as we start adding families who seek assistance from our community we will then focus directly on helping impact that families life. But first!! We are starting with toys! Ryleigh our daughter loves to play but it has been very challenging to find the right toys for her. We have been introduced to adaptive toys and what a game changer. Just about any toy that you press to activate can be turned into an adaptive toy. However the retail manufactures have monopolized this market and charge an arm and leg. Luckily we have a Rett Friend who has the knowledge and tools to take those ordinary toys and turning them into adaptive toys. Our first act as Rett Friends is to send out presents to different families who have daughters with Rett. The present including an adaptive toy, a new movie, and a personalized bib. Along with a gift card to a local diner for our caregivers and of course money for that babysitter. Dear Rett Friends,
We are excited to reach out to the Rett community for the first time and introduce ourselves as a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting families with daughters who have Rett Syndrome.
We understand the unique challenges that come with raising a child with Rett Syndrome and want to do our part to provide support and resources. As a symbol of our commitment to supporting the Rett community and to help bring families together we are giving away free t-shirts to the first 150 families who like and follow us on Facebook.
To claim your free t-shirt, simply message us with the name of your daughter, her birthdate, your address, and the t-shirt size you would like.
