If you're looking for a Lady Mountaineer next Friday night, you can find them at the Abbott Library Read-a-Thon.
We will be attending our first team community service activity. The girls will be available to read aloud to little ones, facilitate games and help out wherever they can. Hope to see you there!

2015 AAU Season
Lady Mountaineers is about more than basketball. This year we hope to add community service to our program. Initiating opportunities for the girls to give back to the communities that support them through volunteer service to the needy and elderly.

3 wins, 1 loss (by 1 point) at Kollision in Keene Tournement. That brings our record up to 16 wins, 4 losses. Not a bad record for a first year team. :-)

The girls went undefeated again this weekend, earning themselves a trophy for second place (first place went to a 7th-8th grade team we didn't play). But the best part of the weekend was when the girls presented their mom's with flowers for mothers day. Thought of, planned and organized by our girls :-D

Go Lady Mountaineers! The girls came out of last weekends Manchester Tourney undefeated. 4 wins, 0 losses. Better yet they earned the notice and respect of the tourney coordinators for their good sportsmanship and positive attitudes. So Proud!

The girls really fought for it on day 2 to the Vipers Tournament. Game 1 was against a division 1, 6th grade team. The girls worked hard but couldn't take the win.
In game 2 the girls beat a 6th grade team from Mass. It was a close game but we pulled ahead and won by 10.
Next weekend it's off to the Lady Twisters Invitational. Wish us luck and watch updates.

Wow, what a day! The girls killed it at the tournament today, winning both their games by over 20 point! We are incredibly proud of all our girls and how hard they played.

Our big "get to know you" night for the girls is coming up this weekend. Can't wait to have some winter fun and get to know everyone a little better!
