Say hello to our very first group of Creative Mentors! 📸

Mentorship isn't just about handing down skills. It's about showing someone what's possible when you pick up a camera and go all in.

Anne (), Lisa (lisa_by_design + ), and Re () have spent their careers reshaping how women show up in outdoor media, and we are beyond grateful that they're lending their talent, wisdom, and bravery to help shape this program in its very first year.

Here's to the storytellers, artists, and all-around creatives our mentees are bound to become. The sky is the limit!

We're thrilled to welcome this incredible group of women as Ride + Race mentors for our 2026 Mentorship Program!

Some have been rolling with us for years, and others are jumping into their first year with this program, but one thing is true across the board: we are so grateful they've chosen to give their time and energy to our mission of getting more girls on bikes.

Be Good Foundation 🤝 Women + Girls in the cycling world.

Through our Ride + Race, Mechanic, and Creative mentorship tracks at Rebecca's Private Idaho, we pair girls and women with experienced female mentors. Here, they work on building the skills, confidence, and community to race, wrench, and tell stories on two wheels. We started this program because representation in cycling doesn't build itself: someone has to open the door, ride alongside them, and show them it's possible.

2026 is a BIG year for this program. We're expanding! More mentees, more mentors, more women and girls getting that same shot at confidence on a bike.

Growth like this takes fuel... a lot of it. And that's exactly what x Summer Streak is. It's our biggest fundraiser of the year, and it's the engine behind this expansion. Every streak, every habit, and every dollar raised goes toward getting more women and girls into this program.

We're thrilled to welcome two new faces to our board of directors 🚲 Meet Diane and Amanda!

Diane Ray has been a cyclist since high school and is currently 15 years into a monthly personal century in the DC area (rain or shine, she says she'll take the rain over traffic any day). Her path to Be Good started with watching Blood Road, and her 25+ years working on issues like UXO clearance make our mission hers, too.

Amanda Porino is a seasoned Rebecca's Private Idaho alum and a local event producer right here in Sun Valley. She's motivated to kick down the barriers women face in male-dominated sports and brings a strong logistical and nonprofit-based know-how to the team. Find her behind-the-scenes, making this year's Be Good Party the best yet!

We're made stronger by so many incredible humans who are committed to Being Good. We can't wait to see what these two help us accomplish!

At Rebecca's Private Idaho, every rider deserves a smooth roll. With a little help from Knipex, our mentee mechanics are going to make sure of it.

This fall, our mentee mechanics will be on the ground at with the right tools to guarantee every rider has a race-ready bike at one of the best gravel events in the country.

Our mechanic mentees are all women who are out there coaching and giving back to kids in cycling in their communities. And after hands-on learning opportunities at RPI, they'll head home to show the next generation that you can fix a bike, you can build a career around a passion for bikes, and that women belong in this sport. That's the ripple effect.
