It’s not about the “stuff.” 🕊️

In John 12:3, we see Mary pour out a pint of expensive perfume on Jesus’ feet. To the world, it looked foolish. Irresponsible. A total waste.
But God doesn’t ask for our “perfume” because He needs it. He asks for it because He wants our surrender. Sometimes, we have to clear out the “stuff” just to see the true condition of our souls.
May we be willing, like Mary, to do the “foolish” thing if it means a life fully given to Him.
