The Penguin Project of SPCT Penguin Project of SPCT provides young artists with special needs an opportunity to be in a musical.

What is Penguin Players?
The program is similar to the Penguin Project but is tailored for adult performers with disabilities.

Artists who have graduated but are under 22 can choose to participate either in Penguin Project or Penguin Players, but not both. Our initial program will be a musical review (like 2021 Don't Stop Believing).

To launch this program, we need a team of volunteers to make this happen in Sun Prairie. If you're interested in learning more about those opportunities, we're hosting an Interest Meeting on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church (550 Lincoln Dr, Sun Prairie).

With enough interest, our initial program will be a musical r***e, with rehearsals 1-2 days a week over 4 months.

The rooftop party continues with our second spectacular group of Chimney Sweep Ensemble artists and mentors. They also play a Policeman, Messenger and Neleus the park statue. Can you guess who is who?

Two iconic characters, two completely different worlds. 🎶⚡️
Today, we are highlighting a pair of powerhouse roles that bring incredible vocal numbers and deep emotion to our show:
🕊️ The Bird Woman: Played by Helen Perkolup (mentored by Brinly Schwanke), bringing the beautiful heart of "Feed the Birds."
🦅 Miss Andrew: Played by Angel Beneteau (mentored by Emma Rice), bringing the terrifying authority of "Brimstone and Treacle."
Both of these artists, alongside their dedicated peer mentors, have worked tirelessly to master these complex, dramatic roles. We promise you’ll be on the edge of your seat!

Meet the hardworking (and hilariously stressed) staff of the Banks household: 🧑‍🍳 Mrs. Brill: Played by Sophia Challoner (mentored by Carly Kudrle) 🧹 Robertson Ay: Played by Grant Bauer (mentored by Bekah Lefeber)
These two provide some of the funniest moments in the show, and their onstage chemistry is matched only by the incredible friendship they share with their peer mentors offstage. Rehearsals are always brighter when this crew is on the schedule!
