Congratulations to Lily Saynisch on being the first Sun Prairie West High School senior to receive a $1,000 Frank Peot Scholarship for Theater and the Performing Arts.

Lily has been regularly involved in Sun Prairie Civic Theatre's youth theatre program and is stage managing Disney and Pixar's Finding Nemo JR this summer.

Congratulations to Lailah Hensler on being the first Sun Prairie East High School senior to receive a $1,000 Frank Peot Scholarship for Theater and the Performing Arts.

Lailah has been regularly involved in Sun Prairie Civic Theatre's youth theatre program and several mainstage productions (most recently as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz).

At the awards ceremony, we also discovered that Lailah's mom was one of Frank's students at Bird Elementary back in the day.

Congratulations to the Sun Prairie Media Center and the cast & crew of A Christmas Carol: Radio Play!

The production which aired last fall received the Wisconsin Broadcaster Associations award for Best Use of Audio (Non-News).

The show's director (Dubbz McClintic) and producer (Dan Presser) got to join Media Center staff for the awards ceremony.
