Our first of a series of annual tea parties. This is going to be a very special afternoon. Please come and enjoy your choice of tea along with sweet and savory refreshments. Young gentlemen who are members of the Florida Boy Choirs will entertain with a program chosen especially for us. We will also offer our guest the opportunity to bid on a few select items for a silent auction. Tea service star

We are going to skip a year for the tea party. We have so many other things going on that we do not feel we can devote ourselves to doing this well. We will keep you posted.

Looking at next year's schedule. How does Saturday, February 7 form 3 -5 pm sound to you? We are looking for a new venue too. We want to keep it in the Sun City Center area.

Tea Pots needed for Good Samaritan Mission

Good Samaritan Mission needs help to organize its first annual Ladies Tea Party. The Mission needs electric kettles, tea pots, tea cups and saucers to complete the event. The event is scheduled for Saturday February 15, 2014 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. The Party will take place in the banquet room of the Sun City Center Chamber of Commerce, 1651 Sun City Center Plaza, Sun City Center, FL 33573. Tickets are $15.00 per person. Attendees will be treated to a selection of gourmet teas and their choice of sweet and savory refreshments. The program will include special entertainment provided by members of the Florida Boy Choirs. To make a donation or to purchase tickets please call the Mission at 813-634-7136. Good Samaritan Mission is a 501(c) 3 organization located at 14920 Balm Wimauma Road in Wimauma. The Mission has been providing support to families in need since 1984.
