SAFE4MOM provides quick screenings for moms during their baby’s regular pediatric visits — no extra appointments needed. Each visit includes a brief blood pressure check, depression screening, and a simple question about any health concerns.

This first‑of‑its‑kind model helps catch issues early and supports healthier outcomes for mothers and families.
