The many ministries guiding the way to a Life Worth Living
Personal Counsel and Coaching- A church, business, or organization is no better than its people. We invest in people through encouragement, counsel, and guided coaching in order to equip them to discover and pursue their purpose. Church Consulting- In order to encourage Christ-followers to glorify God and fulfill His mission and purpose f
or their lives, we offer a wide range of consulting options for the local church to foster health that results in unity, joy, biblical growth, and multiplication. Communication- By teaching, preaching, and speaking that motivates and builds greater enthusiasm and commitment, we inform, cast vision, encourage, and challenge through live events, baseball camps/clinics, webinars, blogging, and writing that leads churches and groups to better understanding and commitment to their purpose. Connecting- A life worth living recognizes the God-given worth of every person as well as their unique part of God's plan and therefore, values relationships. We make connecting with people a part of our daily goals in order to join God in His work of loving and helping people to experience His love and fulfill His purpose for their lives. Mark Bordeaux was born in Jacksonville, Florida where he earned a degree in Broadcast Management and began his broadcasting career as a Program Director. His morning show led the ratings of Christian stations in northeast Florida and southeast Georgia. Soon he began receiving invitations to speak at area churches. Sensing God’s call to full‐time ministry, he began to serve in a local church. Since then he has been humbled to serve in ten churches in five states over a period of nearly 40 years. He continues to teach and preach so that churches will be healthy and experiencing biblical growth by multiplying disciples into future generations. He also had the joy of serving five corporations as their chaplain. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Luther Rice University, a master’s degree in divinity (with languages) from The Mid-‐America Baptist Theological Seminary, and a doctorate in Church Revitalization from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mark was invited to train Russian pastors and church planters in Siberia in 1995. Since then he has been privileged to return to Russia and Ukraine many times to work with Russian believers and International Mission Board personnel where he speaks in churches, universities, schools, prisons, orphanages, hospitals, before business leaders, and government officials. He has even led baseball clinics in order to reach people and start churches. Mark founded Life Worth Living Ministries, a non‐profit organization, to facilitate his ministry in the United States as well as Russia. He is passionate about helping churches become healthy, maturing in Christ, and multiplying disciples. Mark has been married to Debbie since 1981 and they have two children: Mark Jr., who is married to Elizabeth and works in Liberty, SC and Lauren who works in Charleston. He enjoys training German Shepherds, playing and coaching baseball, working out, and most of all, time with his family. You may be surprised that Mark raced motocross in his teens and again as an adult, enjoyed skydiving, rock climbing and repelling, worked as a barista at Starbucks, and provided security for our Vice President, Kamala Harris. Mark desires to glorify God by helping people discover life worth living in Jesus Christ. “Experiencing God in a real and personal way” and helping others do the same is the delight of his life.
