F3 Sumter

F3 Sumter Fitness, Fellowship and Faith. F3 Sumter is a part of the F3 Nation. F3 Sumter is free and open to all men over the age of 18.

Our workouts are free of charge; open to all men; held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold; and led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion. Workouts are peer led and held outside, rain or shine. All workouts end with a Circle of Trust. F3 Sumter meets at Bobby Richardson Park (BRP) off Wise and Theater Drives. Tuesday and Thursday: Boot Camp @ 5:30am-6:15am at BRP
