June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month

As young men, we are often taught to be strong, tough, and resilient. While those qualities matter, true strength also means knowing when to speak up, ask for help, and take care of your mental well-being.

At BMS Kappa League, we want every young man to know:

✅ It’s okay to not be okay.
✅ Your feelings are valid.
✅ Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
✅ You are never alone in your journey.

Mental health affects how we think, feel, learn, lead, and connect with others. This month, let’s break the stigma, encourage meaningful conversations, and support one another as brothers, mentors, sons, and future leaders.

Remember: Strong minds build strong men, and strong men build stronger communities.
