Lowcountry CANES Welcome to the Lowcountry CANES, based in Summerville, SC! We are an affiliate of the Canes National Youth Travel Ball Organization.

Our goal is to develop an elite group of players that are committed to growth & preparation for the next level. The Lowcountry Canes was started by Coach Con Chellis & Coach Josh Hall, both former collegiate athletes. Coach Con & Coach Josh have been coaching travel ball for several years, and saw a need to offer an elite travel baseball program for the Lowcountry, as there are limited options wes

Attitude, effort, and energy are the foundation for every elite athlete, and our goal is to help prepare players for the next level, while also offering them the ability to compete regionally and nationally. Outside of our team practices, we will have routine throwing, fielding, & hitting clinics, hosted by local High School Coaches, Collegiate Players, and Former Professional Players, along with speed & agility sessions to provide our athletes a superior experience above & beyond your traditional travel ball team. Lowcountry Canes is not for everyone. It's for committed, dedicated players, that have the drive, passion, talent, and work ethic to push themselves outside of their comfort zones to achieve their personal goals. We believe in accountablity, commitment, & self-discipline, with a TEAM-FIRST mentality. 👋🏼 Sorry for the hiatus, fans.

This group has been battle-tested and put through the ringer over the past several weeks, competing against some of the best teams South Carolina has to offer in high-level regional tournaments and open division events. There were tough losses, hard lessons, and plenty of adversity along the way, but every inning, every game, and every challenge helped prepare them for this moment.

This weekend, they came back to the Lowcountry and absolutely balled out.

🔥 Allowed only 9 runs the entire tournament
💣 Crushed 11 home runs by 6 different players
⚡️ Earned 3 victories by run rule

🏆 MVP Catchers: Parker Hall & Noah Coursey

This team was firing on all cylinders all weekend long. Dominant pitching, lockdown defense, and an explosive offense powered a championship run that was fun to watch from start to finish.

So proud of the way these boys competed, supported one another, and represented their organization. The MVP awards are well deserved, and they reflect the hard work and support of our entire team.

Congratulations, boys! Enjoy this one. You earned every bit of it. 💛🖤

In their fist tournament, Lowcountry CANES 12U participated in the Top Gun event at Shipyard Park in Charleston and finished as tournament runner-up! These young men are coming together nicely and the best is yet to come!
