On June 18th, during the Third Thursday event, Summerville, SC Parks & Recreation will be having demonstrations on Hutchinson Square Stage! Here are the times:
5:45pm – 6:15pm – Miss Laurel Dance Mode Demonstration
6:30pm – 7:00pm – Miss Lizzy Irish Dance Demonstration
7:30pm – 8:00pm – Fencing Demonstration

This week on Harvested & Handcrafted, we put our culinary creativity to the test!
Armed with nothing but a bag and an appetite, we explored the Summerville Farmers Market, picked up four ingredients from local vendors, and challenged Chef Elissa to create a delicious meal. The result? A fun, fresh recipe inspired by the incredible products available right here in our community.

Fun Fact: Farm-fresh eggs often have brighter, deeper-colored yolks because hens enjoy a more varied diet that can include grasses, insects, and other natural foods. Many people also notice that farm-fresh eggs have richer flavor and firmer whites than typical store-bought eggs.
