First off, a big thank you to Hardee's for the Breakfast biscuits and apple pies for our Heroes.

We had about 30 participants, family, and volunteers that were in atrendance for the clinic at Wescott Golf Club. A big thank you to our volunteers that help make the clinics and the adaptive community such a great group.

Talk about an amazing group, we had two golfers with paraplegia golfing with our Paramobiles and Vertacats; also in attendance were two National Special Olympic golf champions plus a special golfer they helped inspire; we also helped about four individuals golf with balance challenges; also in attendance some of our Veterans with various unseen injuries.

Our lesson for the session was the pendulum for putting and the swing.

Introducing Ben Harrell. His accident was 13 months ago and prior to that he shot in the low 80s. The man has some potential once we rebuild his swing from the ground up.

Here was the scene this morning for the August HERO Clinic. Threatening skies and a little thing called life resulted in a smaller crowd but one thing is for sure... we were having so much fun that people down range were wondering if we were doing some things that were illegal.

A big thank you to the volunteers and coaches who make these clinics possible.

A big thank you as well to our sponsors and especially Hardee's for sponsoring this morning's breakfast.
