BOONIES making an impact! We are proud of these women for sharing their lived experiences and cancer’s financial impact during a roundtable discussion with Dr. Annie Andrews today. Financial toxicity is a very real and long lasting side effect of a cancer diagnosis, and its impacts extend far into survivorship years. Thank you to Dr Andrews for seeking out the patient voice, to Boon Project Board Member Sarah Lithgow for sharing about the impacts we see as an organization, and especially to our Boonies for helping make the road a little better for those coming behind.

BETHANYS BOOKSALE FOR BOON was the perfect way to spend a beautiful fall Saturday! This was our 5th annual book sale event organized by dedicated Boonie & volunteer, Bethany Thomas. This year’s book inventory topped them all! We loved seeing old friends and new throughout the day and are grateful for your purchases and donations in support of young adults impacted by cancer!
