UPDATE❗️❗️❗️ as of June 11,2026 at 7:17pm, the phone is fixed and the mat will be installed soon! The new pool company is working to schedule the DHEC inspection ASAP! We truly appreciate them starting the contract early to assist in this matter.

We would like to provide an update regarding the temporary pool closure.
There are currently two outstanding items identified during the inspection process. Neither issue poses an immediate health risk to residents.
Issue #1: The non-slip mat on the first pool step is missing and must be replaced.
Issue #2: The emergency phone is not functioning properly and must be repaired.
The replacement pool mat has been ordered, and we are actively working to have a technician repair the emergency phone as soon as possible.
We apologize for the delay in providing this update. We had hoped to share a projected completion date with the community; however, we do not have a confirmed timeline at this time.
Once these items have been corrected, DHEC will need to conduct a follow-up inspection. Following a successful inspection, the pool will be cleared to reopen and resume normal operations.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve these issues and reopen the pool safely.
