🔑 FINAL REMINDER: POOL KEY FOB RETURNS

Brandymill residents, we are still collecting outstanding pool key fobs from the 2026 pool season!

This weekend will be your last opportunity to return your key fob directly at the pool and receive your $10 deposit refund in person.

📅 Final Return Dates & Times:

Friday, October 16: 5:00–7:00 PM

Saturday, October 17: 8:00–9:30 AM

📬 Returning Your Fob After This Weekend?

All remaining key fob returns will need to be coordinated directly through the HOA. The $10 deposit refund will be issued by check and mailed to the homeowner rather than provided at the time of return.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of these final collection times to make the return process as convenient as possible.

Please note that the Saturday key fob return window has moved to Sunday, October 11, from 4–7 PM.

Wendy will be at the Brandymill pool to collect key fobs and refund your $10 deposit during these times:

📅 Friday, October 9: 5–7 PM
📅 Sunday, October 11: 4–7 PM

The pool will still close for the season on October 10. Please bring your key fob during either return window to receive your refund.

Wendy will be at the pool during the following times to collect key fobs and refund your $10 deposit:

For those that were planning on attending to ask about the flag, here is an update.

🇺🇸 Flag Pole Maintenance Update

As many residents are aware, the flag pole cable broke shortly before the Fourth of July. Unfortunately, due to the time of year and contractor availability, there was an extended lead time for companies able to service the flag pole.

We are currently scheduled with two different companies to help ensure the repair is completed as soon as possible. If the first company successfully completes the repair, the second appointment will be canceled.

As part of the repair, we are also taking steps to help prevent future issues. Going forward, the size and number of flags displayed will be appropriate for the existing pole and cable system. Based on the current configuration, we will not be able to display an additional flag, such as the POW/MIA flag, without modifications to the flag pole system.

The Board may consider discussing future improvements to the flag pole that would allow it to safely accommodate additional flags. Any such improvements would be evaluated as part of a future budget discussion.

Thank you for your patience while we work to get the flag pole back in service.
