The nationally recognized institute brings together senior higher education leaders from across the country to explore effective governance, strategic planning, presidential leadership and the evolving challenges facing colleges and universities.

As South Carolina State University’s vice president for Public Service & Agriculture, Dr. Whitesides has played a key role in advancing the university’s 1890 land-grant mission through research, extension, outreach and community engagement.
