The Governor of NC agreed with exactly what SCCC has suggested for SC! Skip making another overly restrictive medical program to Legalize, Tax & Regulate it for ALL Adults ages 21 & up! The laws for under 21 stay the same. NC passed basic Decriminalization of simple possession of a small amount back in 1977. So, NC stopped wasting $100M on Prohibition (like SC does) decades ago. SC needs to follow suit too! ✌️
