Today the FOP Disaster Response team fed over 360, and will start back up in the morning. They are servicing Aiken, Barnwell, Saluda and Newberry. They also have remediation crews helping first responders take care of their needs as they take care of their communities.
They can use all the help they can get.

Low Country Law Enforcement Memorial - May 8th - TOMORROW - Change of location

Unfortunately, we have had to shift the location of the memorial service tomorrow.

It will be at MOUNT PLEASANT TOWN HALL, 100 ANN EDWARDS LANE, in our large courtroom.

It will begin at 11 am. Please pass around your agencies and encourage officers to attend as we honor the memory of the fallen and their families. Please try to arrive by 10:50 am so we can get people seated and get the service started.

On Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 11 AM, the local Fraternal Order of Police Lodges will host a memorial service to honor our fallen law enforcement heroes who’ve died in the line of duty. Many surviving family members of our fallen heroes will be in attendance.

This memorial service is open to all and attendance is encouraged to show these survivors that we’ve not forgotten the sacrifices of their loved ones.
