Last night, we had the pleasure of attending Passion for Parkinson’s where we got to hear Dr. Hinson with MUSC share some of the remarkable advances that have been made in Parkinson’s research and treatments like adaptive deep brain stimulation, gene therapy, low intensity ultrasound treatment, drugs to help prevent, and even how exercise is playing a role in slowing/limiting the advancement. There are only a limited number of Parkinson’s Centers of Excellence around the country, and we are fortunate to have one in our backyard. Every time you support Putting for Parkinson’s, you help advance the research and treatments available and help them get closer to discovering a cure for Parkinson’s. Thank you for your support.
