Q1: Does my child need running experience?
A: No! Healthy Kids Running Series is designed for children of all abilities. Whether it's their first race or they're an experienced runner, every child is encouraged to participate, have fun, and do their best.

Q2: How does the program work?
A: Each season includes five weekly race days. Children compete in an age-appropriate distance, earn points each week, and receive a medal at the end of the Series. Our focus is on building confidence, encouraging healthy habits, and making fitness fun!
