Hirams Solemn Few The Lowcountry Chapter of the Widows Sons of South Carolina MRA We are Masonic Brothers riding for noble causes. We are NOT a 1% club.

Our mission is simple



Introduce the sport of motorcycling to our Masonic brethren and their families. Introduce Freemasonry to the public and the motorcyclist community. Support our Blue Lodges by being active in our Lodges through attendance and by participating in Lodge events. Help raise Masonic Awareness during our participation in public events. We ride for charities such as Widows and Or

phans Assn. aka Widows Fund, charities supported by the Grand Lodge of South Carolina and charities supported our brother Widows Sons chapters nationwide. Our charter and by-laws were approved by the Grand Lodge of Ancient Freemasons of South Carolina ​​ ​We do not intend to speak for or represent any Masonic body. We simply want to share our passion for riding with all other Masons who ride, and have some fun while we do it. We are a social riding association, with a membership requirement of being a Master Mason in good standing. Our name comes from certain aspects of the Masonic fraternity, it is not intended to instill fear or appear threatening in any way.

OK procrastinators, now's your time. Just 9 days until preregistration closes (Mar 10) for the Lowcountry Gathering. Guys not preregistering denies you a $15 discount, guaranteed tshirt, swag and an RV spot.

I like!

1. Never shake a hand while sitting.

2. Never talk bad about the food when you are the guest.

3. Don't eat the last piece of something you didn't buy.

4. Protect who is behind you and respect who is beside you.

5. Never make the first offer in a negotiation.

6. Don't take credit for the work you didn't do.

7. Dress well, no matter what the occasion.

8. Speak honestly: say what you think and mean what you say.

9. Ask more than you answer.

10. Leave the profane language for the less educated.

11. Avoid placing your phone on the table when eating with someone.

12. Listen, smile and most of all make eye contact.

13. If you're not invited, don't ask to go.

14. Never be ashamed of where you come from.

15. Don't beg for a relationship.

The guys from HSF spread some love this weekend with our annual Check Ride. We distributed $6,000.00 this weekend between 4 charities. Meals on Wheels, Katies Krops, Lighthouse/Keys to Change and Extend The Table. I think besides the actual business of raising the funds, this is my favorite part.

Brothers and Sisters. We're just about out of RV spots (3 left). So I would suggest that if you're NOT pre-registered, but you're still coming, and bringing an RV; plan on bringing a generator if you require power. I can still put you on the grounds, but I cant guarantee power. For all of our guests, make sure you bring a 50>30 amp adapter (dogbone) and a splitter for water connections. It's getting real exciting, just two weekends away!!!

Brothers and Sisters, only 2 weeks left until we celebrate at the best rally in the south. The Lowcountry Gathering is a premier event on the WS rally schedule. This promises to be one of our best attended rallies that we've ever had. We have a ride planned, bike games, raffles, auctions (with a professional auctioneer) We're raffling off a 1999 Sportster. We'll have members from all over North America. If you've ever been to an LCG you know it holds a special charm. If you haven't, its something need to have on your bucket list.
