The Community Faith & Labor Transformation Project Steering Committee is hard at work preparing for our upcoming event! Through collaboration, planning, and shared vision, we are bringing together partners, community leaders, faith organizations, labor affiliates, and advocates who are committed to creating positive change.

Together, we are building a space for education, empowerment, fellowship, and action that will strengthen our communities and uplift working families.

Thank you to all of our partners and supporters who are helping make this vision a reality. The work is happening now, and we look forward to joining together to transform lives through faith, unity, and purpose.

The Community, Faith & Labor Transformation Project is not just about religion it’s about people, dignity, justice, and community transformation.

Yes, faith inspires our work. But this project is for everyone who cares about stronger neighborhoods, fair workplaces, and healthier families. We bring together workers, community leaders, congregations, organizers, and everyday people because real change requires all of us.

Our focus is practical and people centered:

Strengthening the dignity and voice of workers with the right to organize.

Building bridges between labor, community, and faith spaces.

Providing tools for healing, leadership, and justice.

Creating spaces where families, communities and neighborhoods can thrive.

Empowering people to take action in their workplaces and communities.

This is a movement for equity, respect, and shared power; grounded in values, open to everyone, and committed to building a better future together.

Transformation isn’t just spiritual. It’s social, economic, and communal. And it starts with us!

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. On this Memorial Day, may we never forget the courage, service, and dedication of those who gave their lives for our nation.

As we gather with family and friends, let us also take a moment to pray for the families of our fallen heroes and for peace, unity, and healing across our communities. ❤️🤍💙

May we remember with gratitude and live with purpose. 🇺🇸

The Bible teaches us the importance of faith, unity, justice, compassion, and standing together for one another. When community, faith, and labor unite, we reflect God’s heart for people to work together, care for those in need, and uplift one another.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”( Galatians 6:2)

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves… defend the rights of the poor and needy.”(Proverbs 31:8-9)

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” (Colossians 3:23)

Faith calls us to love, labor teaches dignity through work, and community reminds us that no one should stand alone. Together, we can create change, restore hope, and transform lives through unity, compassion, and action.

When the faith community gets involved, healing begins, hope rises, and lives are transformed. The church was never called to remain silent in the face of struggle, but to stand with people, serve the community, and be a voice for justice, compassion, and unity.

“Faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead”(James 2:17)

When faith leaders, workers, and the community come together, we can encourage the broken, strengthen families, support workers, and bring positive change to the places we live, work and serve.
