Closet of Hope

10/04/2026

We just want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to every volunteer who showed up this weekend at Switch-A-Roos! 💛

Because of YOU, we were able to collect over 3,500 pieces of clothing to help provide outfits for children experiencing foster care. 👕👖

This is what it looks like when a community shows up for kids. 🌳💛

Want to get your church or business involved with Closet of Hope? We’d love to partner with you! Drop a 💛 below or send us a message to find out how you can be part of our mission.

It truly takes a village, and weekends like this remind us just how amazing our community is. Every hour volunteered and every helping hand allows us to continue supporting children in foster care and the families caring for them.

Today, the Closet of Hope team and some of our amazing volunteers are in Mount Pleasant at the Switcheroo’s Consignment Sale! 💚

We’re so thankful for our partnership with Switcheroo’s. At the end of their sale, donated clothing and items are given to Closet of Hope, where they’ll go directly toward helping us serve children in foster care and the families caring for them.

And this is just ONE of the many ways you can volunteer with Closet of Hope!

Whether it’s helping at community events like this, sorting donations, organizing our warehouse, stocking the pantry, helping with seasonal clothing changes, or lending a hand behind the scenes — there is a place for you on our team.

We are completely volunteer-powered, and we truly couldn’t do what we do without our community showing up alongside us. 💚

🎃 BE ONE OF THE 200! 🎃

It’s October 1st, and this month Closet of Hope has one big goal:

200 monthly donors at just $25 a month.

Closet of Hope serves children in foster care, kinship care, and adoptive families, helping make sure they have the everyday essentials they need.

For just $25 a month, you can help provide one child with toiletries and personal-care essentials like shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, feminine hygiene products, and more. 💚

We’re not asking one person to do a lot.

We’re asking 200 people to do a little.

🏡 $25 a month.
💚 200 people.
🤍 One mission.

Will you be ONE of the 200?
