🎉 Happy Birthday, Chasity! 🎉

Today we're celebrating one of our very own, Chasity Myrick! For over a year, Chasity has faithfully supported, encouraged, and loved our boys as part of our support staff. Now, as House Mom in Hawsey House, she gets to pour into their lives full time alongside her husband, Clyde.

Thank you, Chasity, for your servant's heart, your dedication to our boys, and the love and encouragement you share each day. We are so thankful to have you as part of the Ranch family.

Join us in wishing Chasity a very happy birthday! 🎂❤️

We are so proud of the hard work, studying, and determination it took to reach this milestone. Watching these young men hit moments like this is always special because it represents so much more than just driving. It’s independence, responsibility, and confidence in themselves.
Way to go, Tay! The whole ranch family is cheering you on as you take this next step toward the future.

Five young men.
Countless memories.
Late nights, early mornings, hard lessons, second chances, victories, setbacks, laughter, growth, and so much love poured into these boys over the years.
Tonight we celebrate not just graduates… but perseverance.

We could not be more proud of these young men and the futures ahead of them. 🎓

Happy Birthday to our amazing relief mom, Donna McDowell! đź’™

Donna pours so much love, patience, and care into every house and every child she serves here at the ranch. No matter where she’s needed, she steps in with a servant’s heart and a smile. We are so thankful for the countless ways she supports our boys and staff every single day.

We hope today blesses you as much as you bless everyone around you. Happy Birthday, Donna! 🎉

Curious what our senior graduates have been up to since finishing school? These young men haven’t slowed down one bit!

They’ve been busy cooking breakfast and dinner for everyone here at the ranch, attending and participating in the United Bank financial literacy class, and working long hours helping keep the ranch grounds looking beautiful.

We are so proud of the work ethic, servant hearts, and leadership these boys continue to show even after graduation. Watching them step into adulthood with willingness to serve others and learn important life skills has been such a blessing. ❤️

And please enjoy these handsome photos from the boys’ senior photo shoots taken by our very own Carl House mom, Sarah! She did such an incredible job capturing these young men during such a special season of life.

We are incredibly honored and grateful to the amazing team at ReSale Heaven Thrift Store for their unbelievably generous $10,000 donation to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Boys Ranch!

Support like this goes far beyond a dollar amount. It helps provide stability, opportunities, meals, clothing, school needs, and a true sense of home for the boys we serve every single day.

Thank you for believing in our mission and for choosing to invest in the lives of these young men. Your kindness and generosity will make a lasting impact here at the ranch, and we are so thankful for community partners like you standing beside us.

One of our young men officially became a licensed driver! What may seem like a simple milestone to some represents so much more for the boys we serve! Independence, responsibility, confidence, and a future full of opportunity.
We are incredibly proud of the hard work, studying, practice driving, and determination that brought him to this moment. Watching these young men reach goals they once thought were out of reach never gets old.

Please help us congratulate our newest licensed driver! We can’t wait to see where the road ahead takes him.

It has been such a special season here at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Boys Ranch as we celebrate FIVE graduating seniors and all they’ve accomplished this year! 🎓

Over the last two nights of senior awards, our young men were recognized again and again for their hard work, leadership, character, and dedication — and we could not be more proud.
John Z. had an incredible week of accomplishments, earning:
🏅 MVP for Track at Senior Sports Awards
🏅 MVP for Cross Country at Senior Sports Awards
🏅 Live Like Ben Scholarship
🏅 DAR Scholarship
🏅 University of Mobile Dean’s Merit Scholarship
🏅 FBLA Award
🏅 Recognition for serving as a Peer Helper
Collin Z. was recognized for Math Honor Society, and Wyatt D. received an Agricultural Award for his hard work and achievements as well.

Watching these young men walk across stages, receive scholarships, earn awards, and be celebrated by their schools has been such a reminder of how far they’ve come. We are unbelievably proud of each of them and the work they’ve put in to build bright futures for themselves.

It truly takes a village. Thank you to every houseparent, staff member, teacher, mentor, donor, volunteer, and supporter who has poured love, encouragement, accountability, and opportunity into these boys over the years.

Some of our boys are about to experience something many people take for granted… their very first beach vacation.

Not a day trip. Not a program outing. A real vacation full of sandy shoes, late night laughs, ice cream stops, swimming until they’re exhausted, and making memories with the people they call family here at the ranch.

For many of these young men, this will be the very first time they’ve ever had something like this.
Over the next few weeks, we’ll be gathering support for meals, activities, snacks, and spending money so we can give these boys the kind of trip they’ll remember forever. Whether it’s covering a pizza night, helping sponsor an activity, or simply praying over safe travels and sweet memories, every single act of kindness matters more than you know.

We are so incredibly thankful for a community that continually loves our boys so well. Because of people like you, they get to experience not just care… but childhood. ❤️ Enjoy a few of our highlights from last years trip!
