We are so thankful to report that everyone here at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Boys Ranch is safe! Our kids all enjoyed playing board games by flashlight and camping out in the living rooms!

Despite the strong winds and storms last night, we are incredibly blessed to have made it through with no damage to our Ranch.

Thank you to everyone who checked on us, reached out, and kept our boys, staff, and families in your prayers. Please keep our first responders and linemen in your prayers!

As we prepare for the approaching storm, we want to reassure our friends, families, and supporters that everyone here at the Boys Ranch is safe, and we have taken every precaution possible to prepare.

Our offices are currently closed as we prioritize the safety of our boys and staff.

We ask that you join us in praying for our community, our first responders, utility crews, and every family in the storm's path.

We are so thankful for the love and support that surrounds our Ranch, especially during times like these. No matter what the weather brings, we know Who holds us through every storm.

We have some exciting news to share!
We are incredibly honored and excited to announce that the Baldwin County Sheriff's Boys Ranch has been selected as a 2026 Impact 100 Baldwin County Grant Finalist!

What an incredible blessing and opportunity for our Ranch!

We are so grateful to Impact 100 Baldwin County for recognizing the importance of this mission and for the incredible work they do throughout our community.

We are honored to be among this year's finalists and can't wait to see what God has in store!

We have a pretty big goodbye coming at the Boys Ranch.

Chase came to the Ranch as a junior in high school. Since then, we’ve watched him graduate, go straight into a trade, work hard, and continue living at the Ranch while he prepared for life on his own.

And now… he bought his first home.

This month, Chase will officially move out and begin a brand new chapter! We’ve put together an Amazon wishlist to help stock his new home with the everyday things he’ll need as he gets started.

Today we celebrate three years with Tim and April Rowell on our ranch team!

From day one, they’ve poured their hearts into this place, loving each child as if they were their very own. Their kindness, consistency, and deep care have left an impact that can’t be measured.
Tim and April are truly irreplaceable, and we are beyond grateful for the love, stability, and joy they bring to our ranch family every single day.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate our Director, Steven Jones, who has been named a 2026 Angels in Adoption® Honoree by the Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute nominated by Congressman Barry Moore.

This national recognition honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions on behalf of children and who have worked to help ensure that every child has the love, stability, and support of a permanent family.

For those of us at the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Boys Ranch, we get to see Steven’s heart for children every single day. His leadership, along with the dedication of our staff and supporters, helps create a place where boys can feel safe, encouraged, supported, and loved.

We are incredibly proud to see Steven recognized on a national stage, and equally proud that this honor brings attention to the work being done every day for children and families right here in Baldwin County.

A huge THANK YOU to Coca-Cola for serving as the Official Drink Sponsor of this year’s Baldwin County Sheriff’s Boys Ranch Pig Roast!

Coca-Cola generously donated all of the drinks for our event, making sure the hundreds of guests who came out to support our boys had plenty to drink throughout the evening.

An event of this size takes so many people and businesses stepping up behind the scenes, and having Coca-Cola take care of such a huge part of the night was an incredible blessing to our Ranch.
