Friends of the Sumas Library

Friends of the Sumas Library (FOSL) is a community-focused group that advocates for the Sumas Library and the larger Whatcom County Library System.

We believe that the library represents an essential space that benefits everyone in the area. Friends advocate for library services and raise funds for library projects that the WCLS budget doesn’t cover (like special furnishings and programs). Friends groups have been critical to improving library facilities.

🎊Big thanks to Loca Mocha - Sumas for there donation for Community Bingo! Happening November 10th at the Sumas Library and Sumas Community Center. Doors open at 6:30pm first game starts at 7pm. Space is limited so it will be first come first serve! 📖

Our apologies to anyone who thought we would be time traveling for this year's bingo. We are so sorry to disappoint. Sadly the social media coordinator doesn't always pay close attention to her job. Shout out to our fearless leader and president extraordinaire for spotting the error!
