This pass Friday was the first of our Friday Produce Days. We now receive the produce truck from the North Texas Food Bank on Friday mornings. Unfortunately, since our first pantry day is on Tuesday, none of the produce is fresh for our clients. So now, we switched hours and are closed on Mondays and are open Friday afternoons (1-3) to distribute produce to our pantry clients within a few hours of its arrival at the pantry. This IS NOT the time for new clients to sign up for the program - only families ALREADY on the program can pickup produce. ONLY THE PANTRY is open on Fridays, NOT the main office.

The offices are closed today due to the weather. Many of our workers live 10-15 miles out of town and we didn't want them or our clients to chance driving or walking in the 15-20 degree air. We put it out on the radio and I pray friends tell other friends to stay home.

1 key ring with 2 keys on it (1-2 weeks ago found in parking lot)
1 animal pendant on silver tome chain (1-2 months ago)

1 phone belonging to PETTY
1 ID case with 2 IDS and cards belongs to BAGLIO

FREE COATS .....FREE COATS

League Street Church of Christ will be giving away coats, hats, sweaters, etc., from their clothes pantry, on Saturday.
They will be at the Cash Saver store on Main from 10:00 a.m. until everything is gone. If you are in need any such items you may want to check it out.

FREE LUNCHES are offered at 11:45 a.m. Wednesdays in the First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Enter from the south side of the building behind Alliance Bank on Atkins Street; look for the signs.

TERRIFIC TUESDAYS Club, a program providing respite for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, meets from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Tuesday in the Family Life Center of First United Methodist Church, 301 Church St. One-on-one care is provided for the individuals, who engage in various activities during the sessions. Lunch is included. Volunteers are always needed, and new participants are welcome. Call 903-243- 5620 for more details
