Safe to say our student leaders had an incredible time at the DC United vs. Inter Miami CF match this weekend ⚽🔥

The stadium was full of energy, the crowd was electric, and our students soaked in every moment. Experiences like this give our student leaders the chance to step outside of their daily routines, connect with one another, and enjoy moments of fun and excitement together.

Stories like this remind us why the Jayz Agnew Camera Program matters. With nearly 1,000 homes served across District 8, we’re continuing to invest in the safety and well-being of our community — for our seniors, our families, our youth, and the next generation.

Born and raised in Prince George’s County, Brianna brings a deep sense of pride, purpose, and care to the work she does every day — supporting programs that serve both our youth and our seniors. Her commitment to empowering others is felt across everything she touches.

And a fun fact you might not know? She studied abroad in Buenos Aires, Argentina 🇦🇷 — adding a global perspective to her heart for community.

This weekend, our students spent time at Woodside Village serving food, playing games, and sharing smiles with the seniors who helped pave the way for us all. 💙

Moments like these remind us that giving back is just as important as moving forward. We’re grateful for opportunities that allow our students to pour into the community — especially the elders whose wisdom, resilience, and legacy continue to inspire us.
