We had an amazing week in Kyrgyzstan educating and supporting families who have children with Down syndrome, as well as meeting with teachers and officials at the Ministry of Education! We were even asked to provide an interview for one of the largest newspapers in the country - the article will run there in today's paper and an Internet version is available at http://social.vb.kg/doc/224933_detey_s_sindromom_dayna_mojno_naychit_vsemy_chto_ymeut_drygie_deti.html. Google translate does a fairly good job with the translation. Thanks to the wonderful families in Bishkek, the Campus Crusade team for coordinating the trip and especially to Nurmat and Dina Eshaliev (parents of "Little Abby") for organizing the seminars, meetings and being wonderful hosts!
