Sugar Land Fire & EMS has been able to launch lifesaving programs years sooner because of Red & Blue United's support - including whole blood transfusions in transit and handheld ultrasound devices in every ambulance. It's what community impact looks like. Celebrate these heroes with us at the 2026 Red & Blue United event on Oct. 8th. RedandBlueUnited.com

These are the great men and women on the Team Behind the Tribute who are supporting the mission of The Finest and Bravest Foundation of Sugar Land – to unite the community and work hand in hand with businesses and individuals who share a passion for supporting Sugar Land’s First Responders. This non-profit organization stands to champion their efforts by raising funds every year for life-saving equipment, providing educational scholarships, and addressing the urgent needs of our Finest & Bravest families. This year’s Red & Blue United - Liberty Takes Flight isn’t just an event — it’s a movement of gratitude, unity, and purpose. Sugar Land continues to set the standard for community support. From offroad rescue vehicles to advanced diagnostic tools, Red & Blue United funding strengthens frontline operations across Sugar Land. Drones have transformed law enforcement — giving SLPD instant scene awareness, faster searches, and safer operations. This technology is impacting lives, and your support made it possible.

Thermal imaging cameras attached to every firefighter’s air pack? That’s Sugar Land. Immediate hazard identification, faster rescues, safer operations — all made possible through community generosity. Sugar Land Fire & EMS now carry handheld ultrasound devices in every ambulance, giving paramedics hospital-level diagnostic capability right in a resident’s living room. That’s extraordinary. Our first responders train aggressively for the next call — because every second matters. Red & Blue United ensures they have the tools, technology, and support to stay ready…. And you are a big part of it with your support.

When we invest in our first responders, we invest in every family, every neighborhood, every life. As Captain Greg Suter says it best: “Sugar Land is truly exceptional. Our community stands behind its first responders in a way few cities do” - and Liberty Takes Flight proves it year after year. Come join us on Thursday night …. RedandBlueUnited.com
