Tuxie's Legacy Rescue We are a 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue dedicated to rescue of sick and injured street cats.

We are in desperate need of donations. Rescues rely on them to survive. Since June we took in 13 kittens and 9 adults. With no adoptions the cost of food, litter, vetting have depleted funds and we need help!
One of those kittens is being treated for FIP now. It's extremely expensive but this rescue does everything possible to give them a chance.

Pixie is Dixie's mom! Her tail will probably be amputated today as well as full vetting. She is feral and completely terrified but she is off the street now.
Please help if you can! ANYTHING HELPS!

I went to the abandoned cats and put food out. I was able to grab the calico easy. Her name will be Charlotte. The black and white girl is Helen and she taunted me from on top of the neighbor's shed. That's OK. She will come out for food tonight and I will grab her, too.
Charlotte is scheduled for full vetting on Thursday, Helen on Friday. This does not make me happy to do what has to be done. I hope I'm wrong about them being pregnant but I'm not stupid. It hurts.
The new pen will be here tomorrow so I will start on the one I have.
This isn't going to be an easy thing. There's so much more involved than just trapping and vetting. It is more mouths to feed and more homes to find. The owner of the house wants them gone and humans will do horrible things to get their way.
