CLEANUP HOTLINE

Connecting community needs with volunteer organizations.

If you need clean up help at your home (muck and gut) call 1-844-965-1386 and register your property for help.

Crisis Cleanup is specifically for individuals needing help with muck-out, tree cleanup, tarping, and debris. It is not an all encompassing case management system.

The way crisis cleanup works is individuals call the hotline, volunteers answer the hotline and populate a crisis cleanup map with the information on the needs. Once the map is populated voluntary organizations can go into the map select the home and state that they are serving that house. It allows for direct coordination amongst the voluntary organizations.

Smyth County Public Safety is sharing this information on behalf of VDEM.
