Growing Green Suffolk is a newly formed group that meets to increase awareness, educate and support Health and Community. We will be sharing with each other what we are learning in various areas such as:

Growing your own vegetables, fruits and flowers In a “Back to the Garden” way, that brings healing to the soil

Ways to increase health through small lifestyle changes

Getting involved in the C

ommunity through various means, such as a Community Garden, Retirement Centers, Local Businesses, the Suffolk Farmer’s Market

Ways to return to a simpler, more wholesome way of life

This is a developing group that is open to all and would be enhanced by your involvement.
