We often talk about preserving the traditions of Prince Hall Masonry, but every generation also has a responsibility to prepare the way for the next.

What do you believe is the greatest responsibility we have to the next generation of Masons?

Teaching the history, preserving the traditions, Mentoring future leaders, serving the community, or something else entirely?

And more importantly are we doing enough right now to make sure what was handed down to us is stronger when we hand it to them?

A Masonic meeting—a gathering in the West—isn't just a routine on the calendar. It’s where light is shared, ideas are forged, and brothers learn to walk on the level.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity. When we communicate with purpose and respect, we strengthen the lodge and build up the man. Show up, speak up, and do the work.

Why Are You a Mason?

What makes me a Mason isn’t a piece of paper on the wall or validation from across the pond. I set out on a quest to become a better man, was brought to the light, and I’ve been putting in that work ever since.

True Masonic light reflects in how you carry yourself every single day. The rituals, the titles, and the administrative politics don't do the real work—the man himself does. It’s time to look past the debate, come together, and recognize one another for the betterment of our families and communities.
